WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.-NY Now, the renamed and rebranded New York International Gift Fair, will launch under its new colors in August with about 2,800 exhibitors and a new floor plan.
The estimated 100,000 products and 400-plus product categories will be displayed in four market collections: Home, Lifestyle, Handmade and New! Each of these collections will have concentrated product sections: Home will encompass Tabletop + Gourmet Housewares, Home Furnishings + Textiles and Accent on Design; Lifestyle will include Baby + Child, Gift, Personal Accessories and Personal Care + Wellness; Handmade will continue to feature Handmade Designer Maker and Handmade Global Design, as it did under the NYIGF format; and New! will consolidate market newcomers across the home and lifestyle product spectrum, at Pier 94 of the Passenger Ship Terminal.
Also debuting at the first NY Now will be a “Made in the USA” display. This will showcase American-made products, both handmade and factory produced.
In addition, GLM, the show’s owner and manager, has extended the hours for Sunday, Aug, 18, and Monday, Aug. 19, to 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Along with Pier 94, the show will take place at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City, from Aug. 17-21.
