LOGAN, N.J.–Ginsey Home Solutions has moved into a new 130,000 square-foot facility here to support its recent growth as well as combine both its manufacturing and distributing divisions, which were previously in two separate buildings in different New Jersey towns.
While Hurricane Sandy delayed the original move-in date, the company began manufacturing in the new facility on Nov. 12. The 50-year-old company was recently welcomed to the new facility by Robert Damminger, director of the board of Chosen Freeholders in Gloucester County, N.J., and Heather Simmons, liaison to economic development.
“We aren’t really moving—we are growing. The new facility is bigger and brighter,” said Mary Fullam, senior vice president, marketing and brand development, Ginsey. “It’s a better quality working environment for our employees. Ginsey has been in business for over 50 years, with a lot of our employees long-term, some even multi-generational. We are thrilled to welcome them to the new location.”
Damminger added, “We are very happy to welcome Ginsey Home Solutions and their employees to Gloucester County and we are proud that they have chosen to keep their roots in our region. We realize that when companies make the decision to relocate that they have many options and we are appreciative that they have decided to expand in Gloucester County.”
Ginsey CEO Herb Briggs said the company hopes to double its growth within the next five years, “and our new facility and dedicated employees are key in achieving this goal.”
