LAKEWOOD, Colo.-Brandwise, the application service provider, is celebrating its 15th anniversary in business with the reorganization of its portfolio of software and application offerings for sales agencies and suppliers.
The products come in five broad categories: Play, Reach, Reward, Stream and Vision. As described yesterday in a conference call to the press, Play and Reach are Brandwise’s order-capture suites, with
Play providing imagery and digital order taking, and Reach integrating with an existing web site to create visual experiences, allowing for digital order capture, online collaboration, a virtual showroom and paperless product presentations.
Reward is the company’s back-office solution that tracks, manages and automates commission processing and commission reporting. Stream is a web-based technology that automates order submission and processing. Vision provides essential information, business intelligence and analytics including sales-route optimization, customer-relationship management and product trends.
During the conference call, Todd Litzman, Brandwise’s co-founder and president, also said the company has unveiled a marketing effort for “a revitalized, reenergized and rebranded company.” This includes a new company logo, new packaging for its products and a redesigned website that will go live on June 24.
Brandwise has also instituted internal changes to enhance its customer service. It has increased its support department, geared itself to offer more webinars on its products, debuted email newsletters and a LinkedIn news group, and expanded its downloadable resources.
Litzman said the company’s orientation toward the gift and home industry, which was where it started offering products in 1998, will stay in place. “We want to be more than just a technology partner,” he said. “We want to be truly a partner to the gift and home industry.”
