NEW YORK—The Bombay Co. has reached license agreements with four home furnishings companies.
The brand has licensed with JLA Home on a collection of bed linens, bath accessories, window treatments, decorative pillows, throws and rugs. It has licensed with Zrike on a line of tabletop, and with StyleCraft on a grouping of table and floor lamps, chandeliers, pendants and electric wall sconces. Its new license with MVP Group covers luxury candles and scented products.
“Establishing strong licensing partnerships is an integral part of our overall strategy for growth, and help catapult the evolution of our brand,” said Wil Hollands, president of Hermes-Otto International, which owns The Bombay Co. brand. Hermes-Otto acquired the brand from Hilco Consumer Capital and Gordon Brothers Group in January.
