7 W to Keep Three Floors of Home Furnishings Showrooms

7W New YorkNEW YORK-7 W New York will remain with three floors of showrooms going forward, according to a statement from Merchandise Mart Properties, owner of the building.

The show spaces will continue to be occupied by vendors in the gift, textiles, tabletop and fashion accessories markets. The companies will also participate in all of the applicable industry markets, the statement added.

The remaining showrooms are:

The statement also said that as of Jan. 1, 7 W New York will be managed by the commercial office division of Vornado Realty Trust, owner of Merchandise Mart Properties. In addition, 7 W New York will be undergoing several physical changes. While the lobby is under construction, the building will have a fully built-out lobby located at the corner of 35th Street and Fifth Ave., the statement said.
