STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga.-Mud Pie Founder and CEO Marcia Miller has been named a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of The Year 2015 Southeast Program.

The awards program recognizes entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. The business leaders were selected by a panel of independent judges. Winners will be announced at a black-tie awards gala on June 24 at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville, Tenn.

Miller built Mud Pie from the ground up, from a small gift company with a handful of products and a catalog created at a local photo store to a leader in the gift industry with thousands of products.

Miller just regained 100 percent ownership of Mud Pie, as previously reported. Miller is a two-time recipient of the Icon Honors and was awarded the inaugural Trailblazer Award by Gift for Life.
