Ming Tsai to Showcase Kyocera at Luckyrice Festival
COSTA MESA, Calif.-Chef Ming Tsai will demonstrate the advantages of Kyocera Advanced Ceramics Cutlery at the Luckyrice Festival 2012 in New York tomorrow.
Consumers can test Kyocera cutlery and savor Ming Tsai's Red Roast Duck with Gingered Spaghetti Squash at the Grand Feast at the Mandarin Oriental hotel.
The Luckyrice Festival celebrates the best of Asian and Asian-inspired fusion cuisine. Kyocera is a Silver Sponsor of the festival.
"One of the many ways we support our retail partners is to build consumer demand through events such as Luckyrice. Once consumers experience Kyocera knives for themselves, they understand that these are must-have kitchen tools. No cutlery collection is complete without them," said Erik Reid, general manager of Kyocera Advanced Ceramics.
