NEW YORK-Groupe SEB highlighted what’s to come in the housewares category this fall at a holiday-themed media event here that included cookware, small electrics and home comfort products.

Among the All-Clad brand’s holiday products is the KS22 Kitchen Scale, offering cooks and bakers precise measurements on a consistent basis. The digital scale provides unit measurements in both imperial (ounces, fluid ounces and pounds) and metric. It has a 22-pound capacity and removable 9-inch stainless-steel plate, which is magnetic and dishwasher safe.

The brand also debuted its D7 stainless-steel cookware line, which is All-Clad’s first seven-layer cookware collection and complements its existing D7 slow cooker. The line targets passionate cooks with design elements that include larger handles. The NS1 collection is a new hard-anondized cookware line that has three layers of nonstick, both on the exterior and interior surfaces. In addition, new items to its line with chef Thomas Keller include 12- and 14-inch fry pans, a 14-inch nonstick fry pan and a round Dutch oven.

Rowenta displayed the Intense Pure Air air purifier, its first product in the home-comfort category. The Intense Pure Air comes in two sizes—“Bedroom,” which purifies up to 400 square feet; and “XL Room,” which covers up to 835 square feet. Both models offer four levels of filtration: Pre Filter to filter dust, hair and animal hair; Active Carbon Filter to filter odors, smoke and volatile organic compounds; True HEPA Filter to filer fine dust such as pollen, dust mites, animal allergens, viruses and bacteria; and the patented Nano Captur Filter, which traps and permanently destroys formaldehyde.

The Krups brand presented the Savoy EC314 Coffee Maker, a stainless-steel coffeemaker with a 12-cup carafe. The Savoy includes a large LCD screen, dual-program settings for weekday and weekend auto-on function, a “bold” function for a richer and fuller taste, a one- to four-cup function for smaller batch brewing and an integrated water filtration system for an optimal taste.

T-fal unveiled the newest version of its 10-in1 Rice & Multi-Cooker designed with 10 cooking programs: rice, risotto, reheat, oatmeal, slow-cook, steam/soup, yogurt, baking, browning and keep-warm. It has a touch-pad control panel with an adjustable cooking timer and the ability to preset up to 24 hours in advance.

The Imusa brand highlighted its new induction-ready cookware line. The brand’s ambassadors, chefs George Duran and Aaron Sanchez, were on hand to whip up delicious dishes for attendees using Imusa products.
