WWRD has purchased all 21,600,000 shares issued by Steklarna Rogaska d.d. The purchase price was not disclosed.
According to a statement from WWRD, which includes the Waterford, Wedgwood and Royal Doulton brands, Rogaska operates one of the highest quality crystal production plants in the world and has diverse capabilities, and its acquisition "is a perfect complement to WWRD's state of the art manufacturing facility in Ireland at the House of Waterford Crystal."
