NORTH VENICE, Fla.–Tervis has entered into a license agreement with Smithsonian, the world’s largest museum and research complex, on a line of beverageware. The collection will be grouped into four areas—zoo, botanical, air and space, and patriotic—and incorporate an educational component on each piece.
“The Smithsonian instills its work with imagination; the organization is known for bringing to light new knowledge and ideas,” says Tervis Licensing Director Maureen Mason. “Tervis is so proud to partner with a brand known for innovation. It’s a natural fit for us.”
The Smithsonian consists of 19 museums and galleries, the National Zoological Park and nine global research facilities.
