Lenox Partners with CNART for Dinnerware in China Market

       

       

BRISTOL, Pa.–Lenox Corp. USA and China National Arts and Crafts Import and Export Corp. (CNART) have formed a partnership to bring Lenox fine bone-china dinnerware to the Chinese market.
 
CNART will officially open its corporate 300-square-foot showroom and coffee shop featuring Lenox products in Beijing this Sunday, Oct. 17. Owned by the Chinese people, CNART is a craftwork-focused agency that exports Chinese crafts to the rest of the world while importing global products into China.
 
Also this month, CNART will begin establishing a retail presence in specialty and department stores in Beijing, with the opening of two retail locations within Easy Home Stores. Later, Lenox product introductions will launch at Yansha and Parkson department stores, as well as in Shanghai and other major cities.
 
Peter Cameron, Lenox’s chief executive officer, said the company spent several years finding a partner with similar values before entering the Chinese market, “and we believe the philosophies of our two companies are aligned to form an enduring, long-term collaboration.”
