NEW YORK-Tabletop vendors revealed partnerships and plans on the first day of the New York Tabletop Show yesterday.

Lenox has partnered with West Coast celebrity party planner Sharon Sacks on seven dinnerware patterns, and with Canadian designer Brian Glucksten on four patterns … Prouna is now distributing Lehmann glass in the United States. The stems are made in France and tell a shape story … Mikasa continues to expand its Love Story dinnerware franchise with several more related patterns and accessories … Nikko, in an effort to promote the Nikko name and its technical expertise, introduced the Legacy collection of highly decorated, gold-edged dinnerware with higher retail price points … several vendors added espresso cups to their dinnerware lines … Jay Cos. introduced the Madera line of wood and glass serveware, expanding its offerings in mixed media.—Allison Zisko
