NEW YORK-Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia has named Karen Schuchardt senior vice president of digital media sales.
The move puts Schuchardt at the head of MSLO’s digital-sales effort. She is responsible for driving digital advertising sales and developing integrated programs for MSLO’s magazine brands, including Martha Stewart Living, Everyday Food, Whole Living and Martha Stewart Weddings. According to Joe Lagani, chief revenue officer, MSLO is seeking to develop and deliver programs across its print, digital, television and radio platforms “that bring together clients with engaged consumers.”
Before joining MSLO, Schuchardt was vice president of convergent ad sales for Viacom. Her career also includes sales positions with Google, Yahoo! and Ford Motor Co.
