NEW YORK-For the second straight year, Macy's is celebrating generosity and giving throughout the holiday season by declaring December 10 as National Believe Day. As part of Macy's 'Believe' campaign, National Believe Day aims to inspire Americans to embrace the spirit of goodwill, while spreading the holiday season's message through charitable efforts and kindheartedness toward others.

To commemorate the day this year, the Make-A-Wish Foundation will grant "Wishes Across America" to children with life-threatening medical conditions. Additionally, Macy's will host a Double Donation Day for letters mailed in Macy's Santa Mail Letterboxes on December 10. Macy's donates $1 for each letter to Santa received from children, up to $1 million, to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
