NEW YORK-Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia has promoted Gael Towey and Kerry Tucker to newly created positions in the company.
Towey, previously chief creative and editorial director, has been named chief integration and creative director. She is responsible for ensuring that all of the digital manifestations of MSLO’s brands “are imbued with the highest quality, across all platforms and in all contexts,” according to an MSLO statement.
Tucker has been appointed senior vice president of partner marketing. She oversees marketing for MSLO’s advertising sales and for merchandising, and works across the company’s media properties and retail businesses to enhance its brand footprint and boost its partners’ businesses. Prior to taking her new role, she was vice president of ad sales marketing.
Both Towey and Tucker now report to Lisa Gersh, MSLO’s president and chief operating officer. “As we expand our partnerships and platforms, and as technology is making it possible for us to make even more powerful connections with audiences, we need experienced, creative talent like Gael and Kerry to make sure we offer the best possible experiences to all of our consumers, viewers, users and readers,” Gersh said.
