NEW YORK–Along with the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Italian kitchen furniture company Arclinea will hold its first worldwide culinary marathon on Thursday, March 11. Featuring cooking demonstrations by well-known chefs in 21 Arclinea showrooms, the event will highlight artisanal Italian products as part of the ministry’s Made in Italy program.
In New York, the event will take place in the Nova Studio in the Architects & Designers Building from 6 to 8 p.m. Featuring executive chef David Lopez of Gabriel’s Bar & Restaurant, it will include the sponsors Lupa Gourmet, Ferrari wines, San Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, and Academia Barilla.
