AT THE MARKET–Town & Country Living has entered the beach towel category at this week’s New York Home Fashions Market with Beach by Town & Country. This newly formed business unit is directed by Ronnie Gindi, vice president of Beach Division and formerly of Sara Max.
“We are excited about expanding our business into the beach category,” said David Beyda, chairman of Town & Country Living. “Ronnie brings with him a tremendous amount of expertise in the beach area. Launching the Beach by Town & Country division will be a great fit within the Town & Country family of products and brands.” Joining Gindi is Melissa Nunziato, design director-beach, Jeanelle Benons, sales assistant and Chris Charles, CAD designer-beach.
A full line of beach towels and beach-related items are being shown at the Town & Country showroom at 295 Fifth Avenue, suite 412. Licensed collections under Animal Planet, Coppertone, Pepsi and Mountain Dew also will be introduced. Shipments under Beach by Town & Country will begin in October.
Town & Country is a supplier of licensed programs under Lauren, Ralph Lauren, Badgley Mischka, Royal Velvet, Kitchen Aid, Farberware and Disney.
