NEW YORK–WestPoint Home plans to introduce a full collection of kitchen textiles during September’s New York Home Fashions Market.
The company, which currently markets some kitchen items under the Rachael Ray Moppine line and selected private-label products, is partnering with Michael Scotto, formerly with Franco Manufacturing and Town & Country Living, to develop the new collection. The foundations of the new line, according to a company statement, will be WestPoint’s exclusive trademarked technologies, Stay Bright and Stay Fresh. Stay Bright, the color-fast technology prevents products from fading even when washed with chlorine bleach. Stay Fresh, the anti-microbial technology, inhibits the growth of mold and mildew.
