KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.–Interior designer Steve Jensen will present a lecture at the Southern California chapter of the International Furnishings and Design Association.
Titled “A Vanishing World: 1,000 Years of Venetian Glass,” Jensen’s lecture will describe the history of Murano glass and the current state of this artisan-based industry. Jensen’s experience includes the design and import of custom lighting, art and home accessories created in the traditions of glass-blowing artists in Murano, Italy.
IFDA’s Southern California chapter is inviting professional interior designers and guests to the event. It is scheduled for 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 19 at the Mingei Museum in San Diego.
