CANONSBURG, Pa.–Groupe SEB North America’s All-Clad Metalcrafters and Krups divisions have become official partners with the Bocuse d’Or USA, a culinary competition scheduled for September that will determine the team representing the United States at the International Bocuse d’Or World Cuisine Contest, which takes place in Lyon, France, this January.
Both All-Clad and Krups products will be used during the numerous stages of the event, and All-Clad cookware will also equip the kitchens for the five-month training period at the Yountville, Calif., training facility as well as give the eight U.S. finalists engraved congratulatory fry pans. Chef Thomas Keller is president of the American team, and the training facility is next to his restaurant, The French Laundry.
