MANCHESTER, N.H.–Scott Wheeler has been named chief operating officer of Carpet One Floor & Home.
He steps up to this from his post as vice president of merchandising for the company, a position he has held since joining the company in 2005.
Wheeler has more than 20 years experience in the floor covering industry, having worked previously as executive vice president of Avalon Carpet Tile & Flooring. He also held the position of president of the Flooring America franchise division before it was acquired by CCA Global Partners in 2000. CCA Global is also the parent company to Carpet One.
