DALLAS–Dallas Market Center has named Jane R. Robertson to the newly created post of executive vice president of marketing.
Most recently senior vice president of marketing, Robertson will continue to lead the marketing department, including communications, special events, retail development and international development. With her new executive title, Robertson will join the Dallas Market Center Executive Committee.
“Over the past five years, Jane has been instrumental in many of the most important company initiatives including the successful launch of FashionCenterDallas, marketing initiatives including the new ‘You Can’t Miss Red’ brand campaign, and the development and introduction of our custom publications,” said Cindy Morris, DMC’s chief operating officer.
Prior to DMC, Robertson served as director of marketing and public relations at the Dallas Galleria, where she played a role in bringing the first Nordstrom to the Southwest. In the late 1980s, she spent two years at Dallas Market Center as vice president of advertising and research. She’s also served at Sanger Harris, part of Foley’s Department Stores.
