NEW YORK–Designer Vera Wang is introducing a collection of luxury bedding, which will be formally unveiled through her Web site next month.
The collection encompasses four patterns in queen and king sizes, and includes sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, blankets, pillow shams and bed skirts. The linens are made in Italy of 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton. The sheets feature extra-deep bottoms to complement extra-long and wide top sheets. The patterns include double-flange constructions, hand-embroidered decorative stitching, pure linen borders and tailored designs.
Pricing for the collection ranges from $225 to $295 for the sheets, $525 to $650 for the duvet covers and $475 go $2,400 for blankets in queen sizes.
