NEW YORK—Scott Maddalene has rejoined WestPoint Home, where he previously served in senior executive positions for more than 25 years, as senior vice president of Ralph Lauren marketing.
Maddalene has assumed responsibility over marketing the Ralph Lauren Home brand of home fashions, and reports directly to Joe Pennachio, the company’s chief executive officer. He replaces Carolyn D’Angelo, who left the company to join Iconix as vice president of brand management for the home division. Reporting to Maddalene in his new role are Glenda Guerri, vice president of business development for Ralph Lauren; Laurie O’Grady, vice president of product development for Ralph Lauren; and Nancy Golden, vice president of marketing development and brand management for WestPoint Home.
Before returning to WestPoint, Maddalene served as senior vice president of sales for the home division of Li & Fung, in which he was responsible for the placement and sales of merchandise under the Cannon, Royal Velvet, Clodagh, Angela Adams, George (for Wal-Mart Canada) and Nicole Miller (for Bed Bath & Beyond) brands. In his previous tenure with WestPoint, he was vice president of sales of the eastern region, managing director of WestPoint Stevens (Europe), vice president of merchandising for the Ralph Lauren division and vice president of merchandising for both the bed and bath product areas.
