RICHMOND, Va.–Parasia International Ltd., a subsidiary of Hong Kong-based Mingle Instruments Ltd., which manufactures housewares products in the United States and Europe, has opened North American offices here. The Parasia business will focus on housewares products such as kitchen thermometers, specialty cookware, gadgets and other categories, and MB Consulting has been appointed to manage this initiative for Mingle.
Mark Buss, president of MB Consulting, will serve as general manager, North America, for Parasia. He has previously held executive roles with Hamilton Beach and Seymore Housewares. His company assists foreign companies in U.S. market initiatives.
