PALATINE, Ill.–Restonic has reached an agreement with SOL Global whereby the latter firm will provide support for the mattress manufacturer’s international licensing efforts.
As part of this agreement, Michael Pino, owner and chief executive officer of SOL Global, will represent SOL Global and provide Restonic with “comprehensive representation” for the latter’s international licensing business. Pino, an international mattress-brand licensing expert, will serve as Restonic’s primary liaison for its current network of 15 international licensees, and will spearhead the mattress manufacturer’s plans for the expansion of its brand presence outside of the United States. Prior to the agreement with Restonic, Pino had served in the same capacity for Therapedic.
The two firms will formally introduce the arrangement at the upcoming exhibition of the International Sleep Products Association in Baltimore, slated for March 12 to 15.
