NEW YORK–BoConcept, a furniture manufacturing company retailing its own branded items through franchises, announced openings this morning slated for three cities, bringing its total in the United States to 24.
The three cities are San Francisco, Chicago and Seattle.
In a statement announcing the planned openings, BoConcept said its international goal is 350 stores by 2011.
The 58-year-old family-owned firm attributed part of its success to its franchise philosophy, which enables consumers to buy “from a family business.”
