NEW YORK—ABC Carpet and Home has compiled a collection of rare Chinese Art Deco rugs in honor of the Chinese New Year.
Designs in the collection are derived from Taoism, Buddhism and ancient Chinese tradition with symbolic motifs representative of prosperity, luck, wealth, happiness and courage, among others. The rugs originate from the 1920s and 1930s and are hand-crafted of premium wool.
Beginning tomorrow, Friday, Feb. 8, and through Sunday, Feb. 24, ABC is offering 20 to 50 percent off the pieces in the collection.
