GREEN BAY, Wis.--Shopko Stores has named Mary Meixelsperger senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Meixelsperger succeeds Jim Constantine, the former chief financial officer, who left the company last month to become chief financial officer of CSK Auto Inc. She joined Shopko in the summer of 2005 as vice president and treasurer and was appointed vice president and controller in spring 2006.
Meixelsperger reports to Michael MacDonald, Shopko's chairman and chief executive officer.
"Her expertise in corporate accounting, planning and financial systems make Mary an asset to the Shopko team," MacDonald stated.
