JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--Gregory Kleffner has been appointed senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Stein Mart.
Kleffner, who will assume the post on Aug. 10, will replace James G. Delfs, who is retiring. He will be responsible for the retailer’s financial operations, and will report directly to David Stovall, president and chief executive officer.
Before joining Stein Mart, Kleffner served as chief financial officer of Kellwood Co. His career includes positions with Arthur Anderson, in which his clients included several major retailers, according to a statement from Stein Mart.
