    everywarelogoEveryWare Global has entered into a prepackaged Chapter 11 bankruptcy process which it said will lead to a restructuring of its balance sheet and eventually reduce its long-term debt. In a statement, the company said it expects to file the Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware. The statement also said EveryWare expects to emerge from the bankruptcy within 60 to 75 days. More

  • Consumer Confidence Rebounds in March
