PRINCETON, N.J.—Therapedic, the nation’s seventh largest mattress manufacturer, has restructured its organization to combine both its domestic and international divisions at its corporate office here.
In addition, the company has named Tim Tyler, previously an executive with its licensee in Hayleyville, Ala., as executive vice president for the combined group. Tyler will work directly with Gerry Borreggine, the company’s president and chief executive officer, in overseeing both domestic and international programs. His career also includes executive positions with Corsicana Bedding, Restonic and Spring Air.
Explaining the moves in a Therapedic statement, Borreggine said, “We are redefining who we are, and what we will become in the future. We will be operating as one company with one vision as a unified team. This should allow for greater efficiencies and an improved level of responsiveness from the corporate office to the individual licensees.”
