           The Bon-Ton Stores has reached an agreement for a sale-leaseback transaction with CPA:17 Global, a real estate investment trust that is part of the portfolio of W.P. Carey Inc. Valued at $84 million, the transaction encompasses six properties. Bon-Ton plans to use use the proceeds, along with borrowings from its revolving-credit facility, to pay one of its two outstanding mortgages due in April 2016. More
