    Accenture logoNEW YORK-U.S. retailers must move quickly to enhance their mobile commerce offerings and improve in-store shopping in order to deliver a “seamless retail” experience, according to a new study by management consulting firm Accenture. In a survey of 750 U.S. shoppers, 42 percent of the respondents found it easy to complete a purchase using a mobile device, and 39 percent said the physical store was the aspect most in need of upgrading.
