SANTA BARBARA, Calif.–Paul Smith has been appointed vice president of sales for the Western region at Ergomotion.
In this newly created position, Smith is responsible for managing the adjustable bed manufacturer’s business in Western states, including the development and implementation of customer sales-training efforts and working with the company’s marketing department. He reports directly to Kelly Clenet, president of Ergomotion.
Before joining the company, Smith was director of sales at Interflex, another producer of adjustable beds. His 15-year career also includes executive positions with Orthomatic, Leggett & Platt’s adjustable-bed division and Maxwell Adjustable Beds.
