RICHMOND, Va.-Carpenter Co. has launched another in its series of videos on sleep quality featuring Web video stars Rhett & Link.
The new video is a side-by-side “spot the differences” production that is appearing on YouTube. It tells the story of the Higgenbottem family, who are looking for a good night’s sleep only to be interrupted by Rhett & Link in costume. Featuring an original song, “Sleep Tight,” the video drives viewers to the Facebook page for SleepBetter.org, Carpenter’s dedicated website with information on how people can sleep better.
Dan Schecter, Carpenter senior vice president of consumer products, said, “This incredible video fits into the long line of successful outreach tactics in our multiyear dialogue with America about the profound benefits of sleeping better, and we expect it will benefit the entire industry as the message spreads.”
Carpenter introduced its Rhett & Link campaign with the “2 Guys and 600 Pillows” video in 2010. The video won two “Webby” awards from the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences the following year.
