NEW YORK–Haier America will launch its Haier Home Tour during the July 4 weekend in Chicago.
The tour involves the use of a 53-foot tractor trailer that will fold down into a front porch with a three-room walk-through for visitors. Each room will feature Haier products, including air conditioners, high-definition televisions, dishwashers, washing machines and dryers. For touring the vehicle, visitors will receive forms for mail-in rebates on purchases of Haier products, ranging from $20 to $100.
Beginning in Chicago, the tour will proceed to Buffalo, N.Y.; East Lansing, Mich.; Harrington, Del.; Columbus, Ohio; Bethlehem, Pa.; Indianapolis; San Mateo, Calif.; Sacramento, Calif.; St. Paul, Minn.; Stone Mountain, Ga.; and end in Puyallup, Wash., on Sept. 18.
