CLEVELAND–Kichler Lighting has expanded its marketing and sales teams with the addition of Becky Ross as vice president of marketing services and the appointment of Chris Bailey and Jared Northrop to directors of sales.
All three are new positions.
Ross will be responsible for leading the company’s marketing, graphics, Web site, showroom merchandising, customer service, public relations and communications activities. Previously the director of marketing communications at Moen Inc., Ross also has served as vice president of marketing, communications and direct sales at Advanced Lighting Technologies and marketing manager at Sherwin Williams. She reports to Tony Davidson, president and chief executive officer.
Bailey and Northrop will be responsible for leading sales initiatives and making strategic decisions regarding products and marketing. Bailey, who has been with Kichler for seven years, most recently as Southeast regional sales manager, will oversee Eastern U.S. sales and will work out of Louisville, Ky.
Northrop started with Kichler 11 years ago and was previously the Western regional sales manager. He resides in Los Angeles and will lead his sales team in the Western United States.
Bailey and Northrop will report to Dave Pamer, executive vice president of sales.
