Crystorama Launches Merchandising Contest on Facebook

       

       

WESTBURY, N.Y.–Decorative lighting resource Crystorama is launching Showroom Stars, a merchandising contest hosted on its Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/Crystorama. The goal of the contest is to support Crystorama retailers by featuring showroom displays and drive sales at retail, the company said.

Customers are invited to email a photo of a Crystorama lighting display from a showroom or retail store to info@crystorama.com. Each emailed entry must include the store name and location. Upon receiving each photo, Crystorama will add it to a Showroom Stars Facebook photo album.

The photo receiving the most likes on Facebook will receive a first place prize of a $1,000 merchandise credit; second place receives a $750 merchandise credit; third place receives a $500 merchandise credit. As an incentive, the sales representative who covers the territory where the first place winner is located will receive a $500 stipend.

Only one photo may be entered per showroom/store. All photos must be emailed to info@crystorama.com between Feb. 1 and March 31, 2013. Winners will be announced on April 1, 2013. Merchandise credits will be available beginning May 1, 2013. The lighting retailer must “like” Crystorama’s Facebook page in order to be declared a winner.
