CLEVELAND–Master chefs Victor Gielisse and Ron DeSantis from the Culinary Institute of America will appear at the Vita-Mix booth at the upcoming International Home & Housewares Show in Chicago.
Gielisse and DeSantis will answer product questions, provide cooking tips and discuss food trends that will affect retail sales of kitchen products. Gielisse is slated to appear at the Vita-Mix booth from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Sunday, March 16, and from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Monday, March 17. DeSantis is scheduled at the booth for 1:30 to 3 p.m. Sunday, March 16, and 10 to 11:30 a.m. Monday, March 17.
Vita-Mix markets a Culinary Institute-licensed line of professional blending equipment for the consumer market.
