BOSTON–Victorinox, the original makers of the Swiss Army Knife, is introducing the Ceramic Cutlery Collection.

The line includes a 7-inch Santoku Knife that combines the features of a cleaver with a chef’s knife; the versatile 6-inch Chef’s Knife; and a 4 3/4 inch Utility Knife, sometimes called a sandwich knife.

The knives are outfitted with the Victorinox Fibrox handle with textured grips to reduce the chance of slippage.
