SAN BERNARDINO, Calif.–TTI Floor Care North America has unveiled a new distribution center at AllianceCalifornia, the Norton Air Force Base redevelopment project owned by Hillwood Investment Properties.

The new facility “will allow for expansion and growth in new and existing markets on the West Coast,” said Jeff Coy, TTI vice president. The company has signed a five-year lease for the center, which measures 415,000 square feet.

TTI’s floor-care brands include Hoover, Dirt Devil and Royal.
