Thom Leaves Dyson U.S.

CHICAGO–Gordon Thom, president of Dyson U.S., has left the company.
According to a spokesman for Dyson U.S., Martin McCourt, chief executive officer of Dyson Worldwide, is now handling the responsibilities in this position. The company has also begun a search for Thom’s successor.
Thom joined Dyson in 1998 and established the company’s Japan office in that year. He set up Dyson’s U.S. offices in 2002, and was named president of the U.S. division in 2006.
