NEW CASTLE, Del.--Rösle’s collapsible colanders were awarded a Kitchen Innovation of the Year 2009 Award at last month’s Tendence Fair. Given by FoodVision Deutschland GmbH, the award highlights consumer-friendly products that are judged by both a jury of experts and consumers. Rösle’s colander combines the strength and stability of stainless steel with the flexible, non-stick properties of silicone. In 8- and 10-inch sizes, the colanders have a steel frame with a silicone body that folds up easily for storage.
