UPPER SADDLE RIVER, N.J.–Mike Prager has been appointed president and CEO of De’Longhi America.

The move puts Prager in charge of Treviso, Italy-based De’Longhi’s North American operation, including the United States and Canada. He reports to Paul Accornero, commercial director Americas, Asia-Pacific and South Africa, Household Division. He has succeeded Alvise Ricoveri, managing director, who has left the company.

Before joining De’Longhi, Prager was president of Oregon Scientific, a personal-electronics company. He also served in various executive roles for Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble and Timberland.
