WASHINGTON–The National Sleep Foundation has formed a partnership with Austin Air Systems to launch an air-purification system specifically designed for the sleep environment.
The new product, which is branded under the National Sleep Foundation name, is designed with a HEPA filter system to remove bedroom pollutants such as dry-cleaning chemicals and other airborne irritants and allergens. Scheduled to make its debut at the Big Sleep Show here tomorrow, the system is the first bedroom product to carry the National Sleep Foundation name, according to a joint statement from the foundation and Austin Air Systems.
The system will be available nationally through Austin’s dealer network and through the foundation’s member sleep centers and Web site, sleepfoundation.org.
