SOUTH PITTSBURG, Tenn.--Lodge Mfg. announced the release of the “Lodge Cast Iron Cooking with Johnny Nix” DVD, a 30-minute instructional video produced on the banks of the Tennessee River. It includes tips on the use and care of Lodge cast iron, seven recipes and cooking instructions by Nix, an outdoor cook, television personality and cookbook author. Such recipes as Angel Biscuits, Huevos Rancheros and Honey Barbeque Salmon are made in foundry seasoned Lodge camp dutch ovens, skillets, the lid of a camp dutch oven and reversible griddles.
