CLOSTER, N.J.-Jura-Capresso has launched ramped-up advertising campaigns for the holidays for both its Jura and Capresso brands.
The Jura program features tennis great Roger Federer, who appears in the ads as Jura’s brand ambassador. According to a Jura-Capresso statement, the ads, which showcase Federer and the Jura Impressa J9 One Touch TFT coffeemaker, are appearing in The New York Times Magazine, the Robb Report, Barron’s, Architectural Digest and Bon Appetit. Jura-Capresso said the accelerated effort represents a 15 percent increase in advertising versus last year’s holiday campaign.
The Capresso campaign focuses on the brand’s H2O Plus Water Kettle, with ads appearing in Family Circle magazine. “We’re focusing our fourth-quarter advertising on our water kettles because it’s a hot business segment with broad appeal, and we’ve been successful in creating a Capresso niche defined by speed, energy efficiency and style,” said David Shull, Jura-Capresso vice president of sales and marketing.
