CLOSTER, N.J.—Espresso-based beverages made with the Jura Impressa J9 One Touch TFT coffee center were served as part of the working dinner for heads of state and government at the NATO Chicago Summit on May 20.
According to a statement from Jura-Capresso, parent company of the Jura brand, Tom McMahon, the company’s director of sales, received a request for Jura machines at this dinner from the general manager of Chicago’s Soldier Field. The company provided three Impressa J9 machines, two for the kitchen and one that was placed in a room where the world leaders entered after dinner. A Jura Cup Warmer and Jura Cool Control were also provided.
McMahon was on site throughout the event to offer support for the staff. McMahon said President Obama shook his hand and told him he appreciated the company’s support. “It was an honor to be there and to offer impeccable coffee service to this illustrious group,” McMahon said.
