Housewares Show Sold Out
ROSEMONT, Ill.-The 2015 International Home + Housewares Show sold out in late December, more than 10 weeks before opening day, according to the International Housewares Association, the show's owner and operator. The show begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, and closes at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10.
"This is the earliest the show has been sold out on exhibit space and is a sign of how important this world-class marketplace is to IHA member suppliers," said Phil Brandl, IHA president and CEO. "We look forward to bringing the industry together at the premier housewares trade event."
Among the first-time companies and well-known suppliers returning after an absence are:

One segment of the show will be Savor Home, a revitalized gourmet food and specialty products category. It will be located between Discover Design and Tabletop in the Dine + Design Expo in the South Building and will include design-inspired wine accessories, gourmet food products and home entertaining themes.
Other show highlights include the New Exhibitor Preview on Saturday morning before the show opens; Discover Design, the destination for buyers seeking unique products from high-design, design-focused and innovative companies; the Hall of Global Innovation, featuring the show's special exhibits, including Pantone ColorWatch, Going Green, IHA Innovation Awards, Global Innovation Awards (gia) and the IHA Student Design Competition; the Innovation Theater, with 20 presentations exploring the crucial role of design, social media, consumer lifestyle trends and new platforms for product launches; and educational seminars led by IHA's color expert Leatrice Eiseman and lifestyle guru Tom Mirabile.
